Ukrainian Sustainable Fund

Ukrainian Sustainable Fund (UASIF) is an NGO designed to develop a framework to accelerate Ukraine’s energy transition and security. We are working on establishing green finance and carbon markets in Ukraine to integrate the Ukrainian financial system into global financial markets

UASIF is focused on impact investing, community development, regenerative agriculture, reforestation, and coal mining city green transformation. It also facilitates innovative technology deployments to transform the Ukrainian energy system, generate long-term, sustainable returns for investors, and create social impact

CEO

Nataliya Katser-Buchkovska

Former Ernst & Young and the National Bank of Ukraine. Obtained an MSc in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London and a BSc in Business with Finance from Cass Business School, working on renewable energy project finance and investment structuring. Conducted modelling and due diligence for biomethane, solar, and wind projects, advising on $150M worth of deals.

Artem Abgaryan

Public Relations Manager and Publicist

Sofiia Taran

Candidate for the MSc in International Social and Public Policy with Development from LSE and a graduate of Global Humanitarian Studies from UCL in 2024. She has experience in legal research and urban reconstruction policy analysis, and strategic political communication, with her experience working on parliamentary elections and civil society management in the UK and Ukraine

Daniel Brotsman

Currently working on developing capacity for green finance instruments in Ukraine, including carbon markets and blended finance vehicles. Valeriia Chertilina

Valeriia Chertilina is a Co-founder of the Ukrainian Sustainable Fund NGO and an ESG investment analyst. She is an experienced project manager in multiple green fnance initiatives supported by the EU.
